Welcome to Canrosea Shetland Sheepdogs

We are located near the town of St. Marys, Ontario Canada, surrounded by the rich farmland of Perth County. Our shelties play in a big dog yard and often find a chair to curl up in for the evening or sometimes my bed. Puppies are raised in our home and will spend their first months playing in the kitchen.

I have owned and trained purebred shelties since1998. My breeding program started in 2005 with my first conformation girl, PiperLee. I have been blessed with the good fortune to have many Canadian conformation champions and several outstanding AAC/CKC agility champions. I have also shared puppies with talented and dedicated agility handlers and companion homes, over the years.

I strive to breed shelties in accordance to the CKC standard for a versatile, multi faceted sheltie......Beauty, Brains and Ability. The dogs are a hobby for me, and there are a limited number of puppies born in any given year. The parents are health tested and sires chosen to compliment my girls. As a sport trainer, I pay particular attention to temperament and individual personalities of the dogs. We hope to place our shelties into forever homes and commit to the lifetime of dogs born to Canrosea. We do reserve the right to choose the home appropriate to each puppy's needs.
